YumiCare Support Service is an NDIS-registered disability service, we are family-owned and operated. With over 12+ years of experience in health care and disability service, our vision is to expand the range of 'participant-centered disability services' in Southeast QLD.

 At YumiCare we aim to make a difference in the lives of our participants because we are committed to creating a culture of growth by reaching our participant's goals with the assistance of our friendly and hardworking Support Worker. 

 With YumiCARE Support Service the participants will be offered full choice and control when planning their support. 

We understand that not one care plan fits all. Daily services can include anything, from meal preparation, hygiene, household tasks, transportation, community access and tailored personal training sessions.

We work with NDIS participants to find the best support plan you need to better your quality of living. 

We will take the time to get to know you and develop an individualized care plan that fits your specific needs.  

The goal is to make each of our participants’ lives easier, fairer, and more involved.
